Incredible Stays

At Incredible Stays (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide exceptional luxury RV hotel and travel experiences. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. Reservation Payments

All bookings require a deposit or full payment at the time of reservation.

Payments secure your reservation and remove availability from our inventory.
2. Cancellation Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation:

More than 30 days before scheduled start date:
Full refund minus any non-refundable processing fees. -
15–29 days before scheduled start date:
50% refund of the total booking amount. -
14 days or less before scheduled start date:
No refund. -
No-shows:
No refund will be issued.
Specific cancellation terms may vary for peak seasons, promotions, or special packages and will be disclosed at booking.
3. Early Returns

No refunds will be issued for early returns, unused rental days, or unused services.

Early returns due to personal reasons, weather, or travel disruptions are non-refundable.
4. Weather, Travel Delays & Force Majeure

Weather conditions, road closures, flight delays, illness, or personal emergencies do not qualify for refunds.

In the event of natural disasters or government restrictions, refunds or credits will be determined at our sole discretion.
5. Mechanical Issues
If a mechanical issue occurs that renders the RV unusable:

We will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement or alternative accommodation.

If a replacement is unavailable, a prorated refund may be issued for unused days.
6. Security Deposits

Security deposits are refundable after the RV is returned and inspected.

Deductions may be made for damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, late returns, or policy violations.

Refunds of deposits are typically processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
7. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are non-refundable:

Booking or processing fees

Cleaning fees (if service has been rendered)

Optional add-ons once used or activated
-
Third-party services booked through Incredible Stays
8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Incredible Stays may result in forfeiture of refunds and future booking privileges.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation.
9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Incredible Stays is not responsible for bank processing delays.
10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of booking will apply.
