Welcome to Incredible Stays (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, booking our services, or renting our luxury RV hotel and travel experiences, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To rent or book with Incredible Stays, you must:

  • Be at least 25 years of age (unless otherwise stated)

  • Hold a valid government-issued ID

  • Possess a valid driver’s license (for drivable RV rentals)

  • Meet all insurance and verification requirements

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Booking & Reservations

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate booking and personal information.

3. Payments & Fees

  • Payment methods accepted will be disclosed at checkout.

  • Additional fees may include cleaning fees, mileage charges, fuel charges, late return fees, damage fees, or tolls.

  • Security deposits may be required and will be refunded after inspection, subject to deductions.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on booking type and season and will be disclosed at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Cancellations made within a specified period may be eligible for partial or full refunds.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of payments.

  • Weather conditions, personal emergencies, or travel delays do not guarantee refunds.

5. Use of RV & Travel Services

You agree to:

  • Use the RV responsibly and only for lawful purposes

  • Follow all safety instructions and operating guidelines

  • Not exceed occupancy limits

  • Not allow unauthorized drivers

  • Not smoke inside the RV

  • Not engage in off-road driving unless explicitly permitted

6. Damage, Loss & Responsibility

  • You are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required during your rental period.

  • Any damage must be reported immediately.

  • Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from your security deposit or charged separately.

  • Normal wear and tear is excluded.

7. Insurance & Liability

  • Insurance coverage options will be disclosed prior to rental.

  • You are responsible for understanding coverage limitations.

  • Incredible Stays is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Incredible Stays harmless from claims arising from misuse or negligence.

8. Travel Risks & Assumption of Risk

By participating in travel experiences, you acknowledge:

  • Travel involves inherent risks

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and RV use

  • Incredible Stays is not liable for delays, weather, road conditions, or third-party actions

9. Late Returns

Late returns may result in:

  • Hourly or daily penalty fees

  • Cancellation of future bookings

  • Legal action if the vehicle is not returned

10. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal activities of any kind

  • Subleasing or commercial use

  • Driving under the influence

  • Tampering with GPS, safety, or monitoring systems

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

11. Website Use

  • Content on our website is for informational purposes only.

  • Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of content is prohibited.

  • We are not responsible for third-party website content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Incredible Stays shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking

13. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if these Terms are violated or if safety concerns arise.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state/country in which Incredible Stays operates.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
